My experience at the resort was quite disappointing overall. While the grounds were lovely and the views of the lake were beautiful, the service left a lot to be desired. I struggled with check-in and found my room to be less than satisfactory after a long wait. It was my first time having to leave a hotel early, which speaks volumes. I certainly expected better considering the price I paid.

I had an amazing experience at this resort! The spa day before the wedding was incredibly relaxing, and the atmosphere during the wedding was just perfect. It truly felt like a special occasion. On the downside, some aspects of cleanliness left a lot to be desired, particularly in the villa. Although I enjoyed my stay, there were a few service hiccups that could be improved upon.
